This website is operated by Edion Kuwait. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Edion Kuwait. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and by the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or use the Service in breach of any law in your jurisdiction.
Products and pricing
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly.
Orders and delivery
We currently deliver within Kuwait only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday. Delivery within Kuwait is free. Orders usually arrive the next day and may take up to 3 business days. During public holidays in Kuwait, processing and delivery may be delayed.
Returns and refunds
You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
To start a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or at info@edionkw.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a driver to collect the item from you. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess it and put it right.
Once we have received and inspected your return we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Marketing communications
Where you have given consent, we may contact you with marketing communications by email, SMS text message and WhatsApp. Consent is given separately for each channel, and giving us your phone number for order or delivery updates does not by itself opt you in to marketing. You may withdraw consent for any channel at any time, and doing so does not affect any purchase you have made. Our Privacy Policy explains how to withdraw consent for each channel.
Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions.
Changes to these terms
The current version of these Terms of Service is always available on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting an updated version to the site.
Governing law
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
